Photo Organising

We offer a free (30 minute) consultation to discuss how we can help organise your photo collection. Mileage may be charged for this. We are of course available to give free initial telephone advice anywhere within the UK.
Our basic hourly rate is £25 plus mileage of .50p per mile as calculated by the AA Autoroute system. Free mileage is available at our discretion.

Organising Packages
We offer the following discounts for hours pre-paid with us. There is no expiry date on these hours and they are subject to available appointments.

5 Hours organising at your home or my office £118.75 (5% Discount)
10 Hours organising at your home or my office £225 (10% Discount)
15 Hours organising at your home or my office £318.75 (15% Discount)
30+ Hours organising at your home or my office £600 (20% Discount)

Traditional Albums and Storage Solutions for Printed Photos
We can advise you on photo safe storage systems and albums for your printed photographs and are available to source these for you. We just pass on the cost of these direct to you without adding any commission as part of our hourly organising fee.

Scanning
All images are scanned to cd. We are happy to organise printing of your scans and charge a £10 admin fee plus cost of prints. Collection service available with a .50p mileage charge.
Up to 10 images £10, Up to 50 images £30, Up to 100 images £45, Slides and negatives £.75p each
Discounts are available for scanning for photo books or photo videos.

Video to DVD Transfer
We can convert your VHS video to DVD. Each DVD is presented in its own personalised custom case. We also use Lightscribe discs to give a professional engraved look (We can take an image from your video for this), Or colour photo discs. All our discs are high quality.

£20 per Video. Each DVD will hold up to 75 mins of video tape and we will use multiple discs where necessary @ £10 per disc. Duplicate copies are available at £10 per disc. An upgrade to a gold archive DVD disc is available for an extra £5 per disc.

Photo Editing
We can do minor photo editing or teach you how to do it for yourself. Please contact us for an individual quote for this. Depending on the volume and the level of editing required prices are from £5. See Restoration for major work needed on a photo.

Photo Restoration
We can arrange for your photos that are extensively damaged to be restored. This involves us first of all scanning the original before any work commences. We are also able to arrange for your photos to have major editing work done on them. For instance we can completely change the background or edit people out.

Quotes are given on an individual basis and start at £25 per photo.

Photo Gifts
We can source photo gifts depending on requirements and charge our hourly fee of £25 to purchase and design for you.
